Weight loss Strategy

Rather than focus on what I won’t do ( no negative energy needed), I decided to focus on what I will do. 

1.  Eat Four servings of fruit and Vegetables 

2.  Try and eat things that are under 4g of fat/sugar (low GI) 

3.  Aim to do something active  5x a week 

4. Prioritise my health so that means keep in touch with an endocrinologist and a gyno (PCOS) - get back on your meds. 

5.  Be nice to yourself 

Fitness from January to June

1. Zumba-2x a week / Yoga & Pilates - 2x a week

2. JM 30 Day Shred - till February 25 

3. Capoeira from February - 1x a week for 3 months
